Our mission

What we’re up to here in Toowoomba.

As a church community, these are the four key activities that shape our priorities and what we give our time to.

We worship God.

Worship, in its simplest expression, is our response to God. We can worship through song, dance, creativity, service, generosity, or any other response that flows naturally from who we are and who God is.

We make disciples.

Jesus’ parting command to his followers was to do as he did — to make disciples, of all nations. A disciple is a life-long apprentice, always learning, always growing, and always seeking to emulate our teacher.

We partner in Jesus’ mission.

It’s not so much that the church has a mission, but the mission has a church. Jesus is passionate about seeing healing and restoration. We partner with what he is already doing in our city, nation, and world.

We build community.

Humans are hard-wired for connection. We’re not meant to be alone. Christian community can be messy, but we believe it’s worth fighting to build a home where anyone can belong.
